Substituted by Act No.7 of 2003. Election of President, [Vice- President] and Constitution of Managing Committee. [Act No.11 of 1997] 13 22[(4) The term of office of the President, the Vice- President and the members of the Managing Committee of the Distributory Committee shall, if not recalled or removed or disqualified under the provisions of the Act earlier, be coterminus with the term of the general body specified in sub-section (3) of section 5.] (5) The Managing Committee shall exercise the powers and perform the functions of the distributory committee.
