Delineation of distributory area and constitution of the distributory committee. 12 [Act No.11 of 1997] (2) There shall be a distributory committee called by its local distinct name for every distributory area declared as such under sub-section (1). (3) All the Presidents of the water users associations in the distributory area, so long as they hold such office, shall constitute the general body of the committee.
