(1) This Act may be called 1 [the Telangana Famine Relief Fund Act, 1936.] (2) It extends to the whole of the 1 [State of Telangana.] (3) (a) This section shall come into force at once. (b) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
