3[(2) It extends to the whole of the State of 2Telangana: Provided that on and from the date of commencement of the 4Telangana Prohibition Act, 1995 the provisions of this Act, shall in so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the said Act cease to operate.] (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
