In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) “area of transmission” means the area within which the holder of a transmission licence is for the time being authorised by licence to transmit energy in accordance with the conditions prescribed; (b) *“TSTRANSCO” means the Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited incorporated as a transmission company under the 3Companies Act, 1956 and as referred to in section 13 of this Act;
