Every person who obstructs or violates any of the provisions contained in sections 23, 24 and 25 or violates the conditions contained in the licence granted by the District Superintendent of Police or the Assistant Superintendent of Police with regard to playing of music or the conduct of assemblies and processions, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
