(1) Every Magistrate or District Superintendent of Police or Assistant Superintendent of Police or Sub-Inspector of Police or an officer in charge of a Police Station may stop any procession which violates the conditions of the licence granted under the foregoing section, and he may order any such procession or assembly which violates the conditions of the licence granted under the above section to disperse. (2) Every procession or assembly, which neglects or refuses to obey an order given under sub-section (1), shall be deemed to be an unlawful assembly.
