Any person enrolled under this Act and who, having ceased to be a Police officer, does not forthwith deliver up his service-certificate, dress and accoutrements and other necessaries which have been given to him for the execution of duty, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees or with both.
