(1) No Act of a Board or of any person acting as President, Vice-President, Chairman or member thereof shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of some defect in the appointment of such Board or election or appointment of such President, Vice-President, Chairman or member, or on the ground that they or any of them were disqualified for such office or that notice of a meeting of the Board was not duly given or for any other informality. (2) Anything done or any proceeding taken under this Act shall not be questioned on account of any vacancy in a Board, Committee or Sub-Committee. Rights of individual members.
