At ordinary meetings business shall be conducted in the following order :- (a) The minutes of the previous ordinary meeting and of any special meeting held since shall be read and it approved by the majority of the members shall be confirmed; (b) business postponed at the previous meeting shall be considered; (c) subjects noted on the agenda shall be considered in such order as the presiding authority may determine.
