(1) A Board shall meet not less than once in every two months at such time and place as the President may determine. (2) The President shall fix the dates for the meetings hereinbefore specified and may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon the written request of not less than one-fourth of the whole number of members and for a date within Meetings of Board. 36 [Act No.I of 1956] twenty-one days from the date of receipt of such request, call a special meeting.
