(1) The Board may delegate all or any of its powers under this Act, or the rules and bye-laws made thereunder except the power to make bye-laws, to the President, the Mode of proof of records. Restrictions on summoning servants of the Board to produce documents. Power of Board to call for evidence. Powers and duties of police in respect of offences and assistance to authorities. Power of Board to delegate its powers. 122 [Act No.I of 1956] Executive Officer or any other officer or servant of the Board, or, with the approval of Government to any other officer. (2) The Board shall have the power, at any time, to rescind, modify or withdraw the powers so delegated.
