For the purpose of exercising the powers specified in section 5, the territorial jurisdiction of every authorised Territorial limits in which powers specified in section 5 may be exercised. Central Act 10 of 1949. Central Act 2 of 1974. [Act No.7 of 1993] 7 inquiring authority shall extend to the whole of the State of 8Telangana.
