(1) An appeal shall lie from every order passed under this Act, within sixty days from the date of order whether such order is original or on appeal. (2) An appeal, from an order passed by the Court, shall lie to the 61[Government]. (3) An appeal, from an order passed by the 59[collector] shall lie to the Court. (4) In all other cases the first appeal shall lie to the 59[collector] but in no case there shall be a third appeal. (5) Sections 161, 163, 164 and 165 of the 62[Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 F] shall apply to appeals under this section.
