Whoever, without previous written permission of the Court, abets the marriage of any person specified in section 19 and who is maintained in the tenor of the said section, by the ward‟s estate within the meaning of that section, shall be liable on conviction before a Court of Session, to be punished with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or with both.
