(1) If, in the opinion of the Court, any dispute between two or more wards is a fit subject for reference to arbitration, it shall appoint a next friend for each ward and shall direct him to submit the dispute to the arbitration of such referees or arbitrators as may be nominated by the Court. (2) An award made under sub-section (1) shall have the same effect and consequences, as an award made by referees or arbitrators to whom a dispute is referred by persons who are not wards.
