The Court may, at its discretion, make orders and arrangements for the custody, residence, education and marriage of the following persons:- (a) ward whose person is under the superintendence of the Court; (b) any minor member of the ward‟s family who in the opinion of the Court, should be maintained at the charge of the ward‟s property; Allowance for ward and his family.
