on this Act. 2 [Act No.XII of 1350 F.] notifications and orders issued, powers conferred and duties imposed, contracts, leases and pattas granted, rights acquired, liabilities incurred and acts done under the said Act or any enactment repealed thereby, shall, so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act, be deemed to have been taken under superintendence, enforced, made, issued, conferred, imposed, granted, acquired, incurred and done under this Act. (3) Any reference to or mention of the said Act in any law, instrument or voucher, shall be deemed to be a reference to, or mention of this Act or any portion thereof applicable to such law, instrument or voucher.
