(1) Where the Court has assumed protection and superintendence of the property or person and property, of the owner under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7, the Court shall cause the Firman of H.E.H. the Nizam to be published in the 22[Official Gazette]. (2) The Government may, on the Court‟s recommendation order the Court to assume protection and superintendence of the property or person and property of the owners mentioned in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of sub- section (1) of section 7. An order made by Government shall be published in the 22[Official Gazette].
