In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) 'Co-operative Societies Act' means the 1 Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964; (b) 'Co-operative Spinning Mills' means a Co-operative Spinning Mill registered or deemed to be registered under the 1 Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964; (c) 'Government' means the State Government of 2 Telangana; (d) 'notification' means a notification published in the 2 Telangana Gazette; and the word ‘notified’ shall be construed accordingly; (e) 'Relief Undertakings Act' means the 3 Telangana Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1971; (f) 'Schedule' means a Schedule appended to this Act; (g) 'State Federation of Co-operative Spinning Mills' means the Telangana State Federation of Co-operative Spinning Mills registered or deemed to be registered under Co-operative Societies Act; (h) all words and expressions used in this Act and not defined but defined in the 1 Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act.
