The committee or an officer or an employee of a society who fails to give effect to, any decision or order under section 62, or where an appeal against such decision or order has been filed to the order passed by the appropriate appellate authority, such decision or order not being a money decree, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
