Clause (f) substituted by G.O.Ms.No.53, Agriculture and Cooperation (Coop-II) Department, dated 20.05.2016. [Act No.7 of 1964] 113 229[(l) to raise on the security of the assets of the society any money required with the permission of the Government.] (2) Any sum ordered under this section to be recovered as a contribution to the assets of a society or as costs of liquidation may be re-covered, on a requisition being made in this behalf by the Registrar to the Collector in the same manner as arrears of land revenue. (3) Save as provided in sub-section (2), orders made under this section shall, on application, be enforced by any Civil Court having local jurisdiction in the same manner as a decree of such court. (4) The liquidator shall continue to exercise his powers until the affairs of the society are completely wound up, when he shall make a report to the Registrar and deposit the records of the society in such place as the Registrar may direct. 230[(5) (a) Ex-Promoters, Directors, officers and employees who are/were, who are or have been associated with affairs of the society shall extend full cooperation to the Liquidator in discharge of his functions. (b) Ex-Promoters, Directors, officers and employees who are/were or have been associated with affairs of the society shall extend full cooperation to the Liquidator in discharge of his functions.
