Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) department, dated 01.06.2016. Exemption from certain taxes, duties and fees. [Act No.7 of 1964] 83 (b) the stamp duty with which, under any law for the time being in force, instruments executed by or on behalf of a society or by an officer or member and relating to the business of such society or any class of such instruments or decisions or orders of the Registrar or arbitrator or liquidator under this Act. are respectively chargeable; and (c) any fee payable under the law relating to registration for the time being in force or court-fees.
