Substituted by Act No.14 of 1966. 70 [Act No.7 of 1964] (8) All the expenses incurred in connection with a meeting held under this section be paid out of the funds of the society: Provided that the Registrar may by order direct that such expenses shall, in a case falling under sub-section (5) be recovered from any person who is, in the opinion of the Registrar, responsible for the failure to call the meeting. 159[32-A.
