No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Registrar or any person subordinate to him or acting on his authority 310[or any nominee of the Government] for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any provision of this Act or of any rule or bye-law made thereunder. 311[129.
