In the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 60 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908- (i) after clause (k) the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- (kk) amounts payable under policies issued in pursuance of the Rules for 3[the Andhra Pradesh Government Life Insurance Department]; and (ii) after Explanation 2, the following Explanation shall be inserted, namely:-
