Inserted by Andhra Pradesh Act XXIII of 1958. Short title, extent, commencement. Definitions. 2 [Act No. 4 of 1955] (3) ―notification‖ means a notification published in the 4[Telangana Gazette;] (4) ―place‖ includes a house, building, tent and any description of transport whether by water, land or air; and (5) ―prescribed‖ means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
