The provisions of the 9Telangana Prevention of Begging Act, 1977 shall cease to apply to children to which this Act applies and section 8 of the 9Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891 shall apply on such cessor as if the said provisions had been repealed by a 9Telangana Act. * * *
