The Chief Inspector, Probation Officers, Inspectors and Assistant Inspectors of certified schools and children‟s home and all other persons authorised or entitled to act under any of the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and of 8section 2 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947.
