Substituted by Act No.33 of 2007. Powers of Commissioner to have the institution or endowment registered. Application in regard to entry or omission to make an entry in the register. [Act No. 30 of 1987] 59 entry in the register maintained under section 43 in accordance therewith. (3) Where any such application relates to the right claimed by the applicant in respect of such entry or omission, the 46[Endowments Tribunal] shall enquire into and decide the question as if it were a dispute within the meaning of section 87 and the provisions of Chapter XII shall apply.
