(1) The Government may constitute a renovation committee to any religious or charitable institution consisting of persons with qualifications prescribed in section 18 and subject to disqualifications specified in section 19. (2) The composition of the Committee, the term of the Office of the members of the Committee and other matters relating to the functions of the committee shall be such as may be prescribed. (3) The provisions in Chapter VII except section 57 shall apply to the renovation committee.
