(1) Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being inforce, where under any will, a request has been made in favour of a charitable or reIigious institution or endowment or such institution or endowment is created, it shall be the duty of the executor under the will and also the registration authority to forward a copy thereof to the Assistant Commissioner within whose jurisdiction such will was or is required to be registered, 93[XXX]. (2) No probate of any such will or letters of administration with such will annexed shall be granted by any court unless it is satisfied that a copy of such will has been forwarded to the authorities as provided by sub- section (1).
