(1) This Act may be called 2[the Telangana Borstal Schools Act, 1925.] (2) The 3[State Government] may, by notification from time to time, apply the whole or any of the provisions of this Act to adolescent offenders or any class thereof in any local area in the 2[State of Telangana], from such date as may be specified in the notification and may cancel or modify by such notification.
