Definitions. 2 [Act No. 13 of 1965] (d) ‘Government’ means the State Government; (e) ‘Gramdan’ means a voluntary donation of land in a village made in pursuance of Bhoodan Yagna; (f) ‘Gram Sabha’ means a Gram Sabha constituted under section 17; (g) ‘Gramdan Village’ means a village notified under section 17; (h) ‘Land’ includes the benefits arising out of land, things attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth; (i) ‘landless poor person’ means a person who does not own any land or who owns land which does not exceed such limit, and whose annual income does not exceed such sum as may be prescribed; 3[(i-a) ‘notification’ means notification published in the Telangana Gazette and the word notified shall be construed accordingly;] (j) ‘owner’ includes- (1) in the case of land situate in an estate not taken over by the Government under the 4[Andhra (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948,] the ryot in respect of the land in which he has a permanent right of occupancy of the land holder in respect of his private land;
