Substituted for the „„Annexures A, B, C, D, E and F‟‟ by ibid. [Act No. XLVIII of 1952] 3 SCHEDULE. The Hindu Inheritance (Removal of Disabilities) Act, 1928, (XII of 1928). For sub-section (2) of section 1, the following sub-section shall be substituted, nameIy:- “(2) It extends to the whole of the 8the Telangana area of the State of Andhra Pradesh; 9[XXX] 9[XXX] * * * The Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939 (VIII of 1939). For sub-section (2) of section 1, the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) It extends to the whole of 8the Telangana area of the State of Andhra Pradesh;” * * *
