Certain offences to be congnizable. 20 [Act No. VII of 1960] this Act, it may, by notification in the 19Telangana Gazette, declare that the ancient and historical monument or archaeological site and remains, as the case may be, has ceased to be a protected monument or a protected area for the purposes of this Act.
