Any person aggrieved by any order or decision made by the Tribunal under section 5 or section 6 may within sixty days from the date of communication of the order or decision to him appeal to the Appellate Tribunal subject to payment of such fees as may be prescribed. CHAPTER III- MISCELLANEOUS
