[Restriction on transportation of wild life

No person shall accept any wild animal (other than vermin), or any animal article, or any specified plant or part or derivative thereof, for transportation except after exercising due care to ascertain that permission from the Chief Wild Life Warden or any other officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf has been obtained for such transportation.] Inserted by Act 44 of 1991, S.31 (w.e.f. 02/10/1991).
