For the purpose of making provision for the payment of rent, land revenue, charges and taxes due to the Government or any local authority or any statutory board or any Government Company for the discharge of the expenses of the repair of the property of trust and endowment and for the preservation of the property of trust and endowment, the Board may direct the creation and maintenance, in such manner as it may think fit, of a reserve fund from the income of a trust and endowment.
