In section 176 of the principal Act,— (1) for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:— “(1) The council may implement modern methods for collection, storage, transportation, scientific processing and disposal of solid waste as may be prescribed.”; (2) after sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be added, namely:— “(3) The bulk waste generators shall establish their own processing facility for disposal of solid waste generated from their premises.
