After section 102 of the principal Act as so amended, the following section shall be inserted, namely:— “102-A. Power to carry out randomised inspection.— The Commissioner may carry out a randomised inspection of any trade or business for which licence has been granted under this Chapter in such manner as may be prescribed.”.
