(1) Subject to the provisior,~ of this Act, the muntcipalal ministration sbaQ cour;cil . vest in the council and the council shall corf~st of the follc~ ir,g xpembers. namely :-- (i) electe ' courcillui s, i- c1ui.ir.p Chairrerson : (3) members of tale lit,crse of the People and the members of the State. (7) The reservation of seats under sub-sections (3) and (4) shall cease to have effect on the expiration of the 'period specified in Article 334 of the Constitution.
