Without prejudice to the provisions contained in tbe Tamil Nadu Pubhc Tamil Nadu Health Act, 1939, for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this Act relating P.ct UI of 1939. to Public Health and other matters connected therewith, the Commissioner or any OfEcer authorised by him in tks behalf, may apply all or any of the provisions contained in the Tamil Nadu Public Health Act, 1939 and the provisions contatned in the said Public Health Act shall mutatis mutandis apply in relation to matters covered under this Act.
