(1) The owner or caretaker of any animal in case of death of such animal nimal in any street o: in any place, sllall within three hours after the death of such animal either- I (a) remove the dead animal to the place notifed by the municipality ; or (b) report the death of the animal to the municipality for removing the same. (2) When any dead animal is removed by the municipdity in pursuance of the report made under sub-section (1) the owner or caretaker of the animal shall pay such fses as may be fixed by the Council. )isposal of solid
