(I) The Government cr the Commissioner may at any time, cancel or sus- or suspend pend any licence granted under section 14 1 or sectio~ 142 as the case may be, if- licen&. (a) such licence has been obtained by frclud, misrepresentation or suppression of material particulars ; or (b) the holder of the licence has contravened any of the provisions of this Act and in particular the provisions of this part or any rules made thereunder or any of the terms and conditions subject to which the licence was granted.
