In section 117-B of the principal Act,— (1) in sub-section (2), in the proviso, for the expression “employee”, the expression “person” shall be substituted; Amendment of section 117-B. (2) in sub-section (4), for the expression “Cantonments Act, 1924 (Central Act II of 1924)”, the expression “Cantonments Act, 2006 (Central Act 41 of 2006)” shall be substituted. Substitution of section 117-G.
