Amendment of section 3, Tamil Nadu Act 12 of 1966. — In section 3 of the principal Act, — (1) in sub-section (1), in clause (b), for the word “Commissioner”, the word “Director” shall be substituted. (2) in sub-section (2), in clause (a), for the word “Commissioner”, the word “Director” shall be substituted. (3) in sub-section (3-B), for the words “the Commissioner’, the word “the Director” shall be substituted.
