Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force, the urban land tax payable under this Act shall not be taken into account for the purposes of payment of compensation under - (a) the '[Tamil Nadu] Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948 ([Tamil Nadu] Act XXVI of 1948) ; (b) the ('[Tamil Nadu] (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963 ('[Tamil Nadu] Act 26 of 1963); (c) the '[Tamil Nadu] holds (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963 [![Tamil Nadu] Act 27 of 1963) ; or (d) the '[Tamil Nadu] (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963 ('[Tamil Nadu] Act 30of 1963).
