Vice-Chancellor to cease to hold office.- Notwithstanding anything contained in the principal Act, as amended by this Act, the Vice-Chancellor of the Anna University, holding office as such immediately before the date of commencement of the Tamil Nadu University Laws (Amendment and Repeal) Act, 2011 shall, on and from the date of such commencement, cease to hold office as such ViceChancellor.
