Data Room.- (1) In cases where the Procuring Entity is of the view that the Project requires substantial project related data to be made available to the prospective tenderers, the Procuring Entity shall maintain either a physical or a virtual data room or both where project-specific information shall be maintained. (2) The data room shall be maintained in a single physical location or website, for a limited period of time, where the Tenderers shall be permitted only to review such documents, which are otherwise not distributed. (4) The data room will be maintained by the Procuring Entity until the completion of the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage. (5) The location and rules for accessing the data room shall be stated in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
